All the rush made launch day a bit stressful, but the few days before launching were remarkable for having sun and no rain, but with a cold East wind. So we got all the jobs done OK and wore a lot of clothes.

8 April 2013 - Launch Day
The launching gang turned up at 9 am, so there was no time to put the new wind instrument on the top of the mast. We had hoped that it would arrive in the morning post and they would launch us in the afternoon. However with lots of boats to launch, including 2 big ones which had to go in at the top of the tide, we just has to go with the flow. The wind instrument turned up in mid afternoon. Maybe we will put it up another day when it's a bit warmer and there is no wind.
